"Netbasics was chosen because they designed and developed a Flex application that makes it possible for their customer to visualize an activated organizational structure— including police, fire, medical, and water management departments—when an incident or crisis occurs. The solution was created using a Flex front-end application with a ColdFusion back-end, and the XML data layer and export functionality make it possible to download the application and execute it from CD ROM or DVD.
The powerful functionality and versatile nature of Flex made it the perfect tool for visualizing complex models and helping in the speed, development, and style of the application—and Netbasic’s customer has been very positive about the results."
